Insights are a unique type of training resource. Each 'incident' presents, in dramatized form, an episode that reflects an issue or problem of importance to managers. The material can be used in many different training contexts to stimulate analysis, discussion and recommendations for action.
There are photocopiable task sheets for participants, while support material for the trainer includes a statement of learning objectives, supplementary questions and details of relevant books, videos and other training resources.
The present volume contains thirty-one incidents, covering the key skills of management and set against a wide variety of organizational backgrounds. They are indexed by skills area.
